Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive administrative service to the CEO, Education Directorate, Head of Governance, Head of Development, and Education & Development Team• Support and direct the work of the Education & Development Team Trust Administration Assistant• Be a courteous and knowledgeable point of contact for the Executive Leadership Team• Ensure preparation for meetings is done in advance and follow up on action points• Assist with diary management, travel planning, and logistics• Manipulate and analyze data sets relating to Brunel and UET• Provide reports and information to the Head of Development
Requirements
• Relevant qualifications or demonstrable knowledge and experience• Proficiency in Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel• Experience taking minutes at Board and Executive Meetings• Excellent administrative and organizational skills• Strong communication skills• Respect for confidentiality• Passes in GCSE Maths and English or equivalent
