Learning and Development Manager
We are looking for someone who is not only a great leader but can also deliver training and Development at a top level. They should be an excellent trainer and communicator to join our highly acclaimed in-house Learning & Development team.

As the Learning & Development Manager you will support all employees across the organisation via our blended learning programmes which combine highly interactive classroom-based workshops with engaging digital content.
Main Responsibilities
Acting as a Senior Leader within the Staff Training Team
Designing and delivering a wide range of training content to our stakeholders
Facilitating face to face and virtual workshops in all campuses.
Carrying out learning needs analysis where required
Supporting the wider departments to create an exceptional employee experience.
Collaborating with all departments to create continuous opportunities for all employees to grow and succeed in their roles.
Uploading content to the GBS learning management system (LMS) and using reporting tools to track engagement, compliance, and impact.
Full Evaluation of all Learning & Development initiatives, sessions, training and interventions.
Reporting into the Director of Organisational Talent Development, this rewarding role will involve building relationships with people across all levels in the organisation structure, from new starters and existing staff to our business leaders.
Requirements
Essential Skills and Experience
Ability to showcase your expertise in both designing and delivering Learning and Development initiatives.
Effectively managing projects and leading teams to achieve high performance.
Experience in the full training cycle and understand Development of individuals and teams.
Comfortable with delivery and facilitation and have a solution-focused growth mindset.
Strong communication skills,
Excellent time management and organisational skills,
Positive and “can-do” approach.
Passion for helping others exceed in their roles.
Desirable Requirements
Professional CIPD qualifications (or similar) preferred.
Experience of Managing Meetings Online
Experience of Managing small teams
Experience of Creating and managing 360 feedback and online survey
