Role Overview
You will support the design/development and deployment of global Leadership Development initiatives and programmes for Future Leader Development programmes within and across Global Functions. You will partner closely with the Heads of Learning, Capability and Leadership Development, Talent Directors, Talent CoEs and functional stakeholders.
Relevant Experience
8-10yerars experience of the leadership and talent development field
Demonstrable knowledge and expertise in designing and delivering blended learning solutions and programmes based on an in-depth learning needs analysis
Strong facilitation skills and experience of delivering development in-person and online
Experience of evaluating leadership programmes and putting in place effective measures to assess impact
Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and interface effectively with all levels of the organisation
Strong project management skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Collaborative with experience of working in a fast-paced environment
Experience of working in a complex, matrixed and global organisation with competing agendas
