Type of job: Permanent
Location: Hybrid - Home & Nottingham (NG2)
Salary: circa £33,000 + Bonus + Benefits

What you’ll do as Learning and Development Specialist
The Learning and Development Specialist is a pivotal role when assessing the success and Development of our people at Staffline. You’ll be a key part of the learning team and ultimately help build the learning suite and strategy for the organisation.
This role would suit someone who is a creative thinker with a flair for coaching as design and delivery of learning material makes up a large chunk of the day-to-day. To be successful, You’ll work closely with the Leadership Team, developing learning plans and reviewing current programmes, making sure that learning is consistent and delivers value across the business.
This is a role which will stretch you and utilise a wide range of skills, below is a flavour of what you can expect during your time as Learning and Development Specialist at Staffline:
Design and deliver both digital and face to face learning
Develop and govern quality standards across the business engaging employees at all times
Promote and endorse learning opportunities within the business through marketing and direct comms
Work with the Learning & Development Manager to drive wider learning initiatives and build a learning culture throughout the business
Project lead for L&D events, creating agendas and engaging with external providers
Liaise with the compliance department to ensure all mandatory learning is delivered, tracked and completed across Staffline.
Support the apprenticeship strategy, working with business leaders, employees and external providers to identify requirements, ensure effective delivery and make recommendations where necessary.

What you’ll need to be successful as Learning and Development Specialist
This role has significant influence over a large and successful business and to thrive in it, there are a few things you will need:
You’ll need to have experience in a Learning and Development position and be able to demonstrate design and delivery (ideally in a corporate environment)
Ideally, you’ll have or be working towards an L&D specific qualification
You’ll be familiar with eLearning design software
You’ll be comfortable partnering with stakeholders at al levels to drive L&D solutions
You’ll have experience of working with apprenticeships and understand the associated levy
You’ll be an excellent communicator, have good influencing skills and be able to demonstrate managing L&D projects and initiatives
