We are on the lookout for a Distribution Centre Learning Partner to join a busy, Northwest based organisation which is currently undertaking rapid growth.
The role will Include:
- Identify training & development needs through reviews and regular consultation with your stakeholders and line manager
- Collaborate with colleagues to produce training programmes that engage, inspire and prepare our talent for future roles.
- Deliver a range of training using classroom, online and blended learning
- Conducting follow up development discussions with line managers, coaching and feedback as required
- Ensuring all training records and systems are updated accurately
- Working within DC’s across the UK to conduct training as part of their on boarding process and continuous development
Key requirements:
- Inspiring communicator, people must want to hear what you have to say
- Experience in a warehousing, distribution/supply change environments
- A completer finisher – experience in taking an amazing idea through to flawless completion
- Experience of using all M365 products including PowerPoint, Excel, MS Forms and MS Teams
- Be able to keep detailed, accurate and secure records of training
- Be approachable and have that “can do” approach that will rub off on all our colleagues
- Experience of coaching & developing others
- Must hold a full driving license and be flexible to travel
The successful candidate will receive the tools to do the job such as company car, laptop and phone.
