An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the busy Learning and Organisational Development Team as Learning and Organisational Development Support Assistant, the role is for 30 hours per week.
You will be required to provide day to day support to the Senior Management Team for Learning and Organisational Development and the Staff Wellbeing Team with their diary management. You will be managing a small team and providing support with the administration and development of varied activities/interventions that are required across the organisation. You will all be required to support with all marketing of Organisational Development activity using a variety of methods.
The role requires an individual who is experienced in working in a customer focused environment, working with data and the ability to present information and formatting reports. It is also important that you have the ability to work with staff at all different levels of the organisation whilst ensuring issues are dealt with sensitively and in a confidential manner.
***Preference will be given to internal Trust staff, as well as ‘Priority’ and 'At Risk' status including NHS At Risk staff throughout Devon who are able to display recent relevant experience as dictated by the Person Specification.***
To provide day to day support to the Learning and Organisational Development Team (OD), supporting the team in managing the administration and development of varied activities/interventions that are required across the organisation, including the Wellbeing team.
Support the Band 2 team with line management duties and be a flexible contributor to the smooth running of the team; contribute to activity such as marketing of Learning and Organisational development activity and updating internal web-based staff information.

To support the Learning and OD team (and Wellbeing team as required) with all necessary administrativeve work as required.
Provide line management support, under the direction of the Learning and OD lead to the administrative team,
Support with the marketing of Learning and Organisational Development activity using a variety of methods, including email, posters, and social media.
Ensuring all the information on offerings for the Learning and Organisational Development is accurate and up to date.
Support with engagement and staff feedback activity as required by senior members of the team.
Assist with the development of training materials for the team.
Support with the facilitation of intervention/courses as required.
Ensure there is continuous office and telephone cover across Learning and OD Team and for the Senior Learning and OD and Wellbeing Team.
To provide complex information using a variety of communication techniques (i.e. telephone, email, and face to face) to all levels of Trust staff including external agencies and contacts.
Organise meetings and manage diaries as directed by the other Senior Leadership team of Learning and OD and Wellbeing.
Attend and organise meetings as well as taking minutes as required by the Senior Leadership team of Learning and OD and Wellbeing.
Provide general administrative support to the Senior Leadership team of Learning and OD and Wellbeing.
To provide administrative support for Learning and Organisational Development interventions/training courses including reporting and monitoring where required.
Provide accurate inputting of complex information onto the ESR/OLM/MAPS systems.
To support maintaining the Trust Learning Management system and ensure staff bookings are made to the appropriate courses in a timely manner.
Carry out administration tasks as appropriate, this includes photocopying, filing, collating information & collating reports.
Provide mentoring, in-house training and administrative support to apprentices as required.
Assist in the management of all the Organisational Development team EPROC orders, stationery, invoicing, stock control, ordering and onsite equipment issues.
Update SharePoint to ensure all departmental information is accurate and engaging to our internal customers.
Create slide decks, format reports, and manage action logs as required.
Support with recruitment activity for the Senior team and department, using the TRAC system.
