PageGroup are supporting a global engineering business with the appointment of a varied and interesting Learning and Skills Manager role.
This role can offer hybrid working of circa 3 days per week in the office and 2 at home.

Job Description
Reporting to the Senior L&D & Talent Manager, the role of Learning and Skills Manager will oversee a Learning Specialist and will take responsibility for the implementation of a new LMS platform.
Subsequently, you will then lead on ongoing management and development of this system to ensure maximum effectiveness for global colleagues.
Duties will include but not limited to:
- Work closely with the Senior L&D Manager on the implementation of a new LMS and integration into the business
- Build and maintain an integrated digital learning environment that is user-friendly and effective for colleagues globally.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand the skills gaps within the global group
- Engage with stakeholders internally and externally to collaborate on content development, projects and initiatives related to learning.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in digital Learning and incorporate them into the company's learning ecosystem.
The Successful Applicant
Ideal candidates for this role will have a background in a similar position, ideally within a global/complex/matrix organisation.
You will have a proven background at maintaining an LMS, ideally (but not essentially) with working knowledge of an LMS implementation project.
You will possess a clear vision of how learning technologies can enhance, integrate, and achieve great results, and have a proven ability to bring this vision to fruition.
