About the role:
In this varied and interesting Learning & Development Managerrole you will work with a wide range of colleagues to develop, design, and deliver effective learning and development solutions for our staff and volunteers. This learning will be a combination of mandatory requirements to meet the regulatory needs of the sectors we work in, as well as leadership development and additional skills to support the delivery of great services to our customers.
About you:
Whilst you may not have worked in the charity sector before, you will have experience in a similar role, and be experienced in designing and delivering a wide range of training. As you’d expect, great facilitation and communication skills are essential, as is experience of working with a wide range of colleagues to produce high-quality training material. Ideally, you will have experience working in the health and social care sector, but a commitment to develop knowledge of the sectors we work in is just as important. You will have strong organisational and time management skills and embracing our values is important to succeeding in this role.
