SalaryWe are delighted to be working with one our long-term clients. They are recruiting for a Software Development Manager join their team on a full time, permanent basis.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading development teams, providing them with direction and technical leadership
- Ensuring the development team is consistent in its approach
- Planning and executing the release process for team deliverables
- Lead day to day workflows
- Managing the technical dependencies with other teams
- Maintaining strong relationships with customers and user base
- Mentoring junior colleagues
- Providing clear communication internally and externally
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience in similar role
- Experience managing teams internationally
- Experience with Java Development
- Experience with AWS Solutions Architecture
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Excellent presentation skills
