We are excited to share this newly created role of Learning & Development Officer. This role will be part of a small busy HR Team and will be integral to support ongoing training and development of our teams. As part of this role the successful candidate will be directly supporting the delivery of the overall strategic plan for the business.
Working collaboratively within the team and across the organisation the successful candidate will be required to influence decisions around learning and development in a constructive and supportive style.
