Are you a natural leader with a passion for making a positive impact in people`s lives? Do you thrive in a supportive and empowering environment? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to become a Team Leader within an established provider of care and support for adults with Learning Disabilities and complex needs.
This role is based within a warm and welcoming Oldbury based setting, with flexibility required to travel to head office and some of the other locations, on occasion.
Your new organisation is dedicated to providing exceptional support and care to individuals who require assistance in leading fulfilling lives within a community setting.
As a Team Leader, you`ll play a vital role in coordinating and supervising your dedicated support team. Your responsibilities will include:
" Leading and mentoring support staff.
" Coordinating daily activities and care plans.
" Assessing service user needs and developing personalised support plans.
" Promoting independence, inclusion, and well-being.
" Monitoring and maintaining service standards.
" Managing administrative tasks related to service delivery.
Qualifications and experience:
I am seeking a dynamic individual who possesses the following qualifications and qualities:
" Strong leadership and communication skills.
" Proven experience in a similar role within CQC regulated settings
" Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
" A commitment to person-centred care.
" Minimum of level 2 in health and social care or equivalent.
" Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
" Ability to share the "on-call" rota
