Job Purpose
The role is to support the delivery of The ‘Princes Way’ of behaviours that support our Values via engaging, impactful blended learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Working as part of the Learning Experiences team to drive the positive behaviours of the Princes Way through blended learning interventions
- Responsible for the end to end process of scope, content design and execution of delivery via face to face sessions – from bite sized to full ‘people manager skills’ programs
- To support our existing apprenticeship programs via People Managers and creating good relationships with existing and new apprenticeship providers whilst keeping up to date in changes in Levy rules
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Previous experience of working alone and in an L&D team
- Understanding of the Apprenticeship Levy and experience of implementing development utilising this funding
- Knowledge of learning and development models and processes and proven track record of practical application of these
- Experience and confidence of designing and executing creative, impactful and memorable Learning Experiences
- Ability to build personable relationships, influence and manage key stakeholder relationships – inclusive of HR, Business Managers and external stakeholders
- Self-disciplined, self-motivated & able to work across multiple projects when required
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Able to travel to all UK sites with some overnight stays required
- An understanding of commercial awareness and working with tight budgets
- Experience of using creative design tools
