Learning Producer

Based at the Tower of London with some home working and frequent travel to other HRP sites

As Learning Producer, you will be part of the Schools and Communities team developing and delivering high quality learning opportunities across sites, off-site and online.

Using your expertise in engaging young people in schools and/or the arts/heritage sector, you will work closely with the Senior Learning Producer, Schools Content Manager and all Learning Producers to devise, deliver and manage imaginative programmes and projects. These will be designed to be inclusive and meet the needs and interests of schools and young people. In order to do this, you will need to take an audience-focused approach in developing distinctive content that delights, surprises and engages participants. Your work will produce high quality outputs for schools and continue to enhance HRP's reputation as a sector leader for learning.

HRP is currently planning an ambitious, large-scale project to improve facilities and renovate programmes for schools at the Tower of London. '. You will have the creativity and vision to be able to develop, plan and pilot high-quality, innovative, inclusive programmes to match this ambition and engage a nationwide audience.
