Purpose:

The successful Learning Programme Coordinator willcoordinate all programmes to ensure clients, delegates, associates and team members have what they need, when they need it and at the highest possible quality.

Key Responsibilities but not limited to:

• Management of the whole training planner
• Ensuring all programmes have a plan end to end with critical dates mapped
• Proofing and printing of materials and resources
• Production of training materials
• First point of contact for inbound enquiries via phone or website contacts
• Liaison with all associates to ensure that they deliver on their requirements and also that they are equipped with all materials required
• Ensure case studies and testimonials are collated from associates
• Be the link with clients for workshop logistics etc
• Lead and support on profile generation, 360/180 feedback reports
• Evaluation/skill scan collation and reporting
• Issuing of associate agreements and project contracts via DocuSign

Qualifications and experience:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field desirable or equivalent 'hands-on' practical experience
• Experience in programme coordination within the learning and development industry advantageous but not essential
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using software such as DocuSign and HubSpot (or willingness to learn)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
