Contract: Fixed term until July 2025 (further opportunities may arise the following academic year).
Hours: Monday – Friday 8.30am – 3.30pm (there is some flexibility around days – this should be addressed in your application)
Salary: BG5 - £23,114 - per annum, pro rata (£11.98 per hour) to BG8 - £26,873 per annum pro rata (£13.92 per hour) (Dependent on experience/qualifications)

We are looking for an enthusiastic, empathetic and hardworking Learning Support Assistant to join our KS2 Team. The successful candidate will be committed to supporting all pupils, both academically and pastorally, and recognise the need to make adjustments to support those pupils with special educational needs. The role will be varied and will involve in class support, small group and individual learning interventions, 1 to 1 individual support for pupils and some lunchtime supervision. As such we are looking for an adaptable and flexible individual who is committed to supporting both colleagues and pupils.
Our LSAs work closely with the class teacher and SENDCO in planning and adapting learning activities and liaising with outside agencies under the guidance of the teacher and SENDCO.
The successful applicant will take overall direction from the class teacher and SENDCO Leader but will also be confident to make independent decisions to vary the activities or strategies in the best interests of the child.
You will:
