IN SHORT
Milton Keynes College have an exciting opportunity for a Learning Support Assistant to join our Prison Education team at HMP Coldingley, with one day per week supporting HMP Send. As a successful Learning Support Assistant, you will provide inspirational Learning Support to small groups of learners and on a 1:1 basis. This will require a holistic approach to highlight specific learning needs and improving learner skills. Your focus will be on ALS, Maths and English, leading to employability outcomes, with effective target setting to meet individual needs.
You will be a passionate, creative, and empathetic towards our learners and be able to offer knowledge and guidance to our learners.
As an Learning Support Assistant, you will be working across the whole prison estate, on all wings where education is delivered.
