Role Description:
As a Graduate Learning Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the academic development of students. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing one-on-one or small group support to students in various subjects.
- Assisting students with their homework, assignments, and study skills.
- Adapting teaching methods to suit the individual needs of each student.
- Collaborating with teachers and other staff to ensure a positive learning experience.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in any field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience and empathy when working with students.
- A strong desire to contribute to the educational growth of young learners.
- Previous experience in education is a plus, but not required.
