Are you a recent graduate with a passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact on young minds? We are currently seeking Graduate Learning Support Assistants to join primary schools across York, starting as soon as possible.

Role Description:

As a Graduate Learning Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the academic development of students. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing one-on-one or small group support to students in various subjects.
• Assisting students with their homework, assignments, and study skills.
• Adapting teaching methods to suit the individual needs of each student.
• Collaborating with teachers and other staff to ensure a positive learning experience.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree or higher in any field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience and empathy when working with students.
• A strong desire to contribute to the educational growth of young learners.
• Previous experience in education is a plus, but not required.
