AddressWe are looking to appoint an exceptional Learning Support Assistant. Your role will be to support the class teacher, making sure you are working with a range of groups and individuals to enable them to succeed.
You will plan and mark for your groups with the support of the class teacher, and have regular meeting time with the class teacher to do this effectively. You will also have the exciting opportunity to lead interventions across the school. This might be to challenge our greater depth children or provide support for those with additional needs.
You will also support children during play and lunchtime to ensure they have happy and healthy break times, and are ready to continue learning following this. A good Learning Support Assistant has resilience and determination, as well as excellent English, Maths and Communication skills. This is also a physically active role.
