Job Advert: Learning Support Worker
Location: Batley, West Yorkshire
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Salary: £80 - £110 per day
Are you passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of students and contributing to their educational journey? We are currently seeking a dedicated Learning Support Worker to join my secondary school based in Batley.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with diverse learning needs.
Assist in the implementation of individualised education plans (IEPs) under the guidance of the teaching staff.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to address students' specific needs.Requirements:
Previous experience as a Learning Support Worker or similar role is preferred.
A genuine interest in supporting the educational development of students.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt to various learning styles and needs.Qualifications:
Minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics.
Additional qualifications in education or special education are advantageous.Working Hours:
Monday to Friday
8:30am - 3:30pmSalary:
