The role of the Leasehold Unit Officer is, to work as partof a specialist team to assist in the calculation of service charges for bothGeneral Service Charges and Planned Scheme/Improvement works.
The current salary for these posts are £21,968 - £28,370 perannum. We also have an excellent pension scheme with an employer contributionof 19%.
