Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-day administrative tasks
- Generating and issuing lease documentation
- Placing Purchase orders
- Respond to inquiries and requests from internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain and update CRM, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information
- A minimum of 1 years administrative experience
- Good accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to use Microsoft packages, specifically Excel and Word
- Previous experience using CRM systems and emails
- Strong, energetic personality
