Salary: £29,127 - £44,060 pro rata (Qualified Lecturer)

As a Lecturer of Computing at Sandwell College, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons in various computing topics, including programming, networking, cybersecurity, website development, graphics and many more. You will be expected to create a stimulating learning environment that encourages students to reach their full potential which prepares them for success in the rapidly evolving field of computing.
To be successful, you will hold a relevant degree in Computing or a related field , a recognised teaching qualification, such as a PGCE or equivalent with prior experience teaching computing in a further education setting. A strong understanding of current computing technologies and trends, with the ability to convey complex concepts to students in an engaging and accessible manner. A passion for education and a commitment to helping students succeed with a flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
