T Level Software Development Lecturer
Access Creative College London
Part-time, 22.5 hours per week
About the Role
This position presents a fulfilling opportunity to educate and inspire the future leaders of the digital world. As a Digital T Level Lecturer, you will deliver high-quality, engaging lessons in Computing to students aged 16-18. You will be responsible for shaping the curriculum to cater to our diverse student body and ensuring it meets industry standards. By guiding students through their T Level qualifications, you will help them develop practical skills essential for the digital and computing sector.
On a typical day, you could be session planning, assessing student assignments, interviewing course applicants or contributing to course marketing. Or you could be delivering learning through a variety of practical and theoretical sessions, using state-of-the-art computing equipment in our brand-new purpose-built, 19,000-square-foot campus; a creative hub in London's East End.

About You
You will have up-to-date knowledge of software or games development (Python, C#, C++) and knowledge of one or more digital subject areas including networking, cyber-security, software testing and physical, virtual and cloud computing systems. Ideally, you will have a degree or equivalent professional qualification in a related subject area and maths and English qualifications at level 2, grade 5/C or above.
We are looking for an exceptional individual who has a genuine passion for digital technology with a proven track record of excellence in teaching. You will have a positive and proactive 'can-do' attitude, with the ability to work autonomously and also build strong professional relationships through collaboration.

Salary Scale: £26,750-£37,750 per annum, pro rata (£16,050-£22,650 actual). This scale is inclusive of London Weighting and a sector premium and the salary offered will be dependent on skills, qualifications and experience.
