About the role
Are you passionate about shaping the next generation of early childhood educators? Do you thrive on sharing your expertise and experiences to inspire students? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to become part of our vibrant team as an Early Years Lecturer!
At Wiltshire College & University Centre, we pride ourselves on fostering innovation, creativity, and excellence in education. Our institution is dedicated to providing high-quality learning experiences that empower students to succeed in their academic and professional pursuits.
As an Early Years Lecturer, you'll be at the forefront of nurturing the talents and skills of our students across levels 1-3 (T Level) of early childhood education courses and some health and social care courses. From delivering captivating lectures on all aspects of Early Years to conducting hands-on visits to student placement settings, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Early Years practitioners.
About You:
We're seeking individuals with a wealth of experience in the Early Years sector and a genuine passion for inspiring the next generation.
While holding a relevant qualification at Level 3 or above is essential, possessing a teaching qualification would be a bonus but not essential, we can support you in your personal development and guide you through your journey into education.
Your enthusiasm, coupled with your ability to engage and motivate students, will make you a valued member of our team.

You will also be automatically enrolled into either the Teachers' Pension Scheme or Local Government Pension Scheme, have access to our employee assistance programme (EAP) and enjoy other benefits such as discounts with a wide variety of retailers and free car parking onsite.
