Lecturer inProfessional Construction and Built Environment T-levels
Where you’ll work: This role is based at the College’s Tonbridge campus.
Your hours: 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per annum
Your pay: Spine Points 32b (£30.450 full time equivalent) to 37 (£36,859 full time equivalent), rising to a ceiling of Spine Point 40 (£40,287 full time equivalent) with a full teaching qualification.
This role needs someone who can lead on, plan and deliver our Construction T-level (Design, Surveying and Planning). You will be expected to participate and support learners to develop skills and knowledge to achieve their potential and develop their understanding of the construction industry. The right candidate will be able to work with employers and our employer engagement team to gain work placements for each learner and to set up employer links with industry.
In return, we’ll give you 42 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays (pro rata for part time contracts), and you’ll be enrolled onto the Teachers’ Pension Scheme which also includes life assurance.
