Hours per week: 18.5 Work pattern: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday We’re here to create and harness knowledge, to deliver opportunity for everyone.  About the Role As Lecturer or Senior Lecturer in Prescribing Education, you will be required to make a significant contribution to the delivery & teaching and learning on medications and prescribing practice within the medical programme and support students preparing for formative and summative assessments. You may also contribute to other aspects of the curriculum and assessment and support the Physician Associate programme depending on your areas of expertise and experience. You will be expected to contribute to scholarly activity or the research activities of one of our Research Units and if you a have a significant responsibility for research to meet the qualitative and quantitative requirements for submission to the next Research Excellence exercise. Experience of teaching health students or professionals is essential, and experience of teaching medical students would be an advantage. A background in pharmacy, non-medical prescribing or clinical medicine with supporting qualifications, PSRB registration and appropriate experience is essential. To be successful you will further enrich our student’s experience through your expertise and subject knowledge as evidenced through your qualifications and extensive experience of professional practice.
