A well-known legal firm, with offices in Shropshire, Herefordshire and into North Wales are looking to recruit an Administration team Leader to work in its Hereford office. This role would suit someone with a strong background in Administration and have previous supervisory experience.
Key duties
- General Administration
- Photocopying
- Filing
- Scanning
- Binding of documents
- Managing workflow for the team
Essential Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in a Team leader, supervisor or line manager role
- High level administrative experience
- Excellent communication skills
- IT skills including Word and Excel
- Good attention to details and a high level of accuracy
