SalaryAspiria Recruit are pleased to be supporting a small and upcoming law firm, who are looking to take on a Legal Administrator or law graduate into a role, mainly focusing on Private Client work. Supporting and working closely with one of their Partners, there is work readily available and they're keen to hire someone to support them with this, dealing with a range of administrative and secretarial tasks, while also developing some basic fee-earning skills.
The opportunity could be ideal for someone with a background in administration and an interest in law, or possibly even law graduate. It could even suit someone at the earlier stages of their studies, who have a particular interest in private client law. If someone has previous experience of working within this area, that would be an advantage, but the firm are happy to train. The firm invests in its people and is keen to develop and progress their teams through career pathways.
Tasks include:
- Supporting with lawyers with their matters
- Assisting the team in delivering a professional and proactive service to clients
- General other admin support
Skills and experience required:
- Previous administration experience and an interest in law
- Possibly a law graduate looking for their first legal role, or maybe someone with experience
- An interest in private client, maybe including studies or qualifications to support this interest
- A "can do" approach and a positive attitude
- Confident and outgoing manner and strong communication skills
