Responsibilities for the Administrator role:
- Providing accounts, administration, and secretarial support for the local team
- Supporting with the proactive planning and completion of meetings and tasks
- Preparing materials for meetings, presentations, and proposals
- Managing meeting room diaries, room arrangements, meeting, greeting, arranging parking and refreshments
- Answering calls, taking messages as needed
- Assisting in setting up new companies for clients, performing company secretarial services for clients including online statutory filings
- Support with events including invitations, generating content, and preparing for attendees
- Using social media for office feeds on LinkedIn, Twitter/Threads, Instagram, Facebook
Experience and skills sought for the Administrator role:
- Efficient and accurate typing skills and processing
- Sound working knowledge of technology including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Recent experience working in a similar position or customer/client-facing administrative role
- Outgoing, socially confident, and emotionally mature
- A positive attitude, friendly, and approachable
- Resilient, able to multi-task, and work independently / flexibly
- Adaptable, organised, and conscientious
- Takes the initiative, ability to prioritise, and meet deadlines
- Discreet, professional, and team-orientated in approach
- Passionate about all areas of internal and external service
- Excellent oral and written communication
This is a full-time role with a fantastic range of benefits including:
