The Opportunity as Commercial Administrator, you will provide commercial administrative and general administrative support to the Operations team based in Devonport, predominantly dealing with Specialist Services and Coatings.
The Commercial Administrator will provide support to the Cost Engineers and Operations Manager to ensure all administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner with attention to detail. You will be responsible for the preparation and submission of time sheets, as well as maintaining holiday trackers. You will be required to raise purchase requisitions and tracking orders.
Another key accountability of this role will be the collation of hours and material spend, and input this into valuation spreadsheets and invoicing. Proven record of working in administration for a medium to large organisation. ·
