TeamJobs have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Facilities Administrator to join a well-established company based in Exeter. In this role, you'll be reporting to the Hard FM Manager and assisting with Hard Services operations in schools, which encompass Health & Safety regulations and External Audit obligations.

Responsibilities:
- Liaising with specialist providers and follow up on remedials and service dates.
- Contribute to refining the Company's Safety Rules and Procedures and seek avenues for cost reduction and energy efficiency enhancement.
- Assist with the operation and development of the Company's Safety Rules and Procedures.
- Ensure that hard services best practice is shared between functions, sites, and contracts.
- Support the Hard FM manager in system development for service optimisation and cultivate professional relationships with external stakeholders to align customer satisfaction with organisational goals.
- Demonstrate proficiency in working alongside senior management and maintaining transparent communication among all contract stakeholders.
What we require from you:
- Minimum of 3 year's experience in Hard Facility Management, with a strong track record in executing statutory compliance Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) tasks.
- Proficiency in various Microsoft office applications.
- Thorough understanding of Building Management Systems (BMS) operations and implementation of Safe Systems of Work.
- Knowledge and implantation of Safe Systems of Work
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage contractors using KPIs and SLAs to drive high performance.
- Highly organised and proactive in workload management and task prioritisation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
