The Job:
As an experineced, Part Time Legal Administrator, you will be based out of their Leeds or Bradford office, although Hybrid working is also facilitated.
The purpose of this role is to ensure a first-class service in producing letters, court documents and formatting documents to a high standard. You will also keep records up to date on the Clio CRM system and interact with clients when required to seek information or provide updates.
Key responsibilities
- Producing all letters from dictation
- Creating court documents as above
- Ensuring all house styling is in keeping with corporate identity.
- Must be confident in formatting documents.
- Competent in transcribing court notes or witness statements
- Producing attendance notes
- Creating/amending and producing all of the above for all the fee earners throughout company locations.
The Person:
For this role they are looking for legal administration experience with accurate typing experience (60wpm+) You must have at least 1 years' experince of working in a law firm.
Also, they are seeking:

They are offering circa 20hrs per week at GBP13ph
You MUST have legal admin/secretarial/paralegal experience and be eligible to work in the UK without requiring sponsorship.
