Private Client Legal Assistant role This is an exciting opportunity for a part-time Legal Assistant to join the Private Client team at Quality Solicitors Barwells at their friendly Seaford office, on a temporary maternity cover basis months), starting in June 2024. Responsibilities The Private Client Legal Assistant will provide direct support to the Practitioner, for example by: Assisting clients both in person and by telephone, providing support in a professional and friendly manner; Making appointments, arranging meetings and diary management for the Practitioner; Providing support and guidance to other members of the team and wider team; Preparing correspondence and documents including audio-typing; File management; Preparing mail and enclosures for despatch; Arranging for all copying to be completed; Securing the confidentiality and security of the firm's client documentation and information; Committing time to training and self-development.
