I am currently working on behalf of a legal firm based in North Down to hire a highly skilled and experienced Legal Bookkeeper to join the existing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping and accounting, with a focus on legal finance.
Your new role
Reporting into the partner you will have responsibility for the finance function with duties including:
- Manage the financial accounts of the law firm
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Prepare financial reports and statements
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Reconcile bank statements
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
What you\'ll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you will have proven experience as a Legal Bookkeeper or a similar role with strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles. Applicants should be able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail along with strong organisational and time management skills.
