Legal Cashier

Trainee Legal Cashier/Legal Cashier Full time, Permanent and Office based Thame Salary up to GBP30,000 (dependent on experience)
Ashley Kate are thrilled to be working a client in who are searching for a Legal Cashier to join their hard working and driven team. The ideal candidate will have Legal Cashier experience or studying towards an ILFM qualification. Reporting into the Head Cashier & Finance Manager you will be in a friendly finance team at the head office in Thame, Oxfordshire. The role will be supporting the whole team to ensure the smooth and effective running of the department.
Responsibilities:
Contacting bank with queries and cheque cancellations
Entry level office administration
Issuing cheques
Processing banking transactions
Processing of bills
This role will build on the above to incorporate further duties as experience and learning increases
About you:
At least 5 GCSE's with Grade C (or 4) and above and minimum of B (or 6) in Maths
ILFM or studying towards (desirable)
Previous Legal Cashiering experience
Accuracy & attention to detail is essential
Methodical approach to work
Excellent communication face to face and telephone
Knowledge of Word and Excel is a plus
Ability to multi-task and work under pressure to meet deadlines or will learn this during your development in the role
