Legal Counsel 1 - 3 years PQE
As part of the team, you will be providing Legal support to the business unites and corporate departments, group of offices and affiliates as well as those in the EMEA region.
This role of LEGAL COUNSEL will be part of a team, working on a hybrid model of 2 days office and 3 days from home.
The Legal Counsel scope of role:
Reviewing, drafting, advising on and negotiation various types of international commercial contracts and legal documents required in relation to corporate governance, including international sale and purchase agreement, distributorship agreement, agency agreement, shareholders agreement, share purchase agreement, intellectual property and technology transfer, M&A, joint venture, guarantee, loan facilities and all corporate related legal documents.
Level of experience for the role of Legal Counsel 1 - 3 PQE
Working as part of a wider team, providing legal support in respect of various national laws and EU, and other international regulations, including corporate governance.
Assisting in the maintenance of the group organisation and subsidiaries, this includes advising group rules, as well a s processing application required from the business units under those rules, for example in relation to Trade Security Control/Anti-Bribery legislation.
Qualification/Skills:
- Strong level of legal experience and/or Solicitor Practising Certificate in the jurisdiction of England and Wales (or equivalent)
- Drafting and negotiation international commercial agreements
- Advising on Corporate governance and compliance issues
- Conducting sophisticated legal research
- Willingness to travel
Experience
Working in an International law firm or multinational, multicultural corporation as well as:
- Drafting and negotiating international commercial agreements
