Our mission is to address the hurdles faced by our clients and the broader community with solutions powered by Lumada, a platform that synergistically combines Information Technology (IT), Operational Technology (OT) and a diverse range of products. Right now, we are seeking a meticulous Legal Counsel to serve in the capacity of a Commercial Lawyer and Company Solicitor. This role involves supporting Legal Counsel to our primary business operations and the larger Group, spanning both the UK and EU territories.
Your new role
You will provide legal advice on a broad spectrum of commercial matters, ensuring that our business operations are compliant and legally sound. You will also be responsible for drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts and agreements, ensuring that our business interests are protected. Compliance with relevant laws and regulations is a key part of this role and you will be expected to stay abreast of any changes that could impact our operations. Collaboration is also a key aspect of this role, as you will be working with various departments to provide legal solutions that support our business objectives.
What you'll need to succeed
You are a seasoned Commercial Lawyer, armed with a law degree from a prestigious university and backed by a solid 2-3 years of post-qualification experience. Your exceptional negotiation and communication skills have been honed through extensive interactions with teams and stakeholders at all levels, from associates to C-suite. Your ability to work both independently and collaboratively, coupled with your adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, will set you apart.
