A large retail outlet business based all across the UK are currently recruiting for a Legal Counsel to join their expanding legal team in London.

You will be responsible for supporting the in-house legal team dealing with various legal matters including commercial real estate, commercial contracts, construction and dispute resolution.

The main responsibilities include:

• Management of real estate transactions (leasing and asset management)
• Commercial contract transactions for goods and services
• Support the property management and development team in legal matters
• Advise and negotiate Debt recovery and litigation matters.

Key skills and experience required:

• At least 1 years PQE qualified solicitor in England & Wales is preferred
• Significant experience in commercial real estate
• Commercial contracts experience
