A household name in the streaming space is looking to appoint a junior commercial lawyer to join their Business and Legal Affairs Team in a newly created position.
This is a truly unique opportunity to work closely with various stakeholders within the business and contribute to the growth and success of this international startup.
In this broad European role, you will be working on a broad range of commercial contracts, focussing on consumer protection, product, regulatory compliance and marketing and advertising.
About you
- Qualified solicitor, ideally with 2+ years’ PQE
- Good commercial contracts background
- Preferably familiar with digital streaming platforms and/or subscription services.
- Experience of advising on consumer protection and regulatory compliance, D2C and B2B2C engagement.
- Ideally an understanding of digital technology (to include advertising technology).
- Experience of working with cross functional teams in multiple territories.
You may be from private practice or already have experience in-house, ideally with a streaming company, an e-commerce or web environment.
The business operates a hybrid working model with 2-3 days required in the office.
