About the Role:

This is a commercial contracts focused role as part of an immediate team of five lawyers, part of a broader matrix of over 40. You will advise on legal and commercial risk while negotiating and reviewing complex, high-value contracts, including but not limited to software/technology procurement, outsourcing, service and supplier agreements. Working Fully remotely, you will manage your own workload effectively.

About You:

You will be either UK qualified or have significant UK based experience, with unrestricted working rights in the UK. The role will suit a commercial contracts focused lawyer with private practice or in-house experience, away from local authorities. As a guide, you will have 4-7 years' PQE, though candidates with more or less but relevant experience will be readily considered. You will be able to thrive as a lawyer while working remotely, with the ability to independently shoulder accountability for your workload.
