Legal Counsel - German Speaker

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal support on the firm's business, including investment, research, operations and corporate governance in respect to the German office, to support the firm's European strategy
• Provide legal support as required on the wider firm's business, in order to support the global strategy
• Work with internal investment, operations, compliance, and risk teams on developing and refining process and strategy
• Draft and negotiate agreements, including investment management, advisory and non-disclosure primarily for clients of the German office to support the firm's European strategy. The candidate will advise across the wider business as required
• Oversee the process of meeting and maintaining German corporate operating regulations with assistance from a paralegal and external legal and compliance support
• Other corporate matters

Skills required:

• German Speaker (Fluent)
• England Qualified Solicitor
• Financial Services PQE
