Providing commercial legal advice to the business operations, across all functions, you will be a valued partner, supporting the ongoing commercial success of the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Negotiating and advising on a broad range of commercial/tech/procurement contracts
• Advising on regulatory developments that would impact the various business units you support
• Supporting on Data Protection matters
• Ad-hoc support for Global projects across the organisation

Qualifications

• UK qualified Lawyer
• 4 PQE+
• Commercial contracts focused experience
• Preference is for some experience in Financial services organisations
