You\'ll be working for a leading international Oil and Gas company, who are looking to hire a Legal Counsel to join their growing legal team. With operations across the world, this company is truly a huge player in the Oil and Gas industry.
Your new role
As Legal Counsel, you\'ll be joining an established and experienced legal team and will assist the company on a variety of corporate and commercial matters. You\'ll work closely with senior management and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. You\'ll work on an international scale, liaising with colleagues across EMEA, gaining a global perspective on different legal frameworks. Alongside your colleagues, you\'ll help develop and implement new policies and procedures to align the company with relevant legislation.
What you\'ll need to succeed
- NQ - 5PQE England & Wales Qualified Solicitor.
- Strong corporate and commercial experience.
- Experience in a relevant industry is ideal.
- Knowledge of relevant regulation.
What you\'ll get in return
- Salary between £60,000 - £80,000.
- Discretionary bonus.
- Experience at an international Oil and Gas company.
- Flexible working arrangement.
