The Role
An intriguing opportunity awaits an experienced Private Client solicitor to advance their career in a nurturing setting. Seeking a Legal Director to lead the department, with promising prospects for partnership. This opportunity is tailored for individuals currently occupying senior associate positions or higher.
- Lead Private Client Department.
- Manage own caseload.
- Deliver an accurate, high quality, on time service to clients.
- Provide advice to property and family law teams as required.
- Meet personal and team financial targets.
Qualification and Experience
- Qualified solicitor in Scotland.
- Over a decade of experience in Private Client matters, encompassing Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Executries, Guardianships.
- STEP Qualified, member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
- Proficiency in team leadership.
- Demonstrated commercial awareness.
- Computer skills and familiarity with case management systems.
On Offer
- Salary up to £130,000p.a.
- Full time hours, Mon-Fri.
