They seek a proactive and highly competent Legal PA to thrive in a pressurised and fast-paced environment. Collaborating with fee earners and clients, providing professional support, and building effective relationships are essential to succeed in this role.
Duties include;
- Manage fee earner diaries, prioritise commitments, and coordinate appointments and meetings across different time zones and offices.
- Develop and maintain robust file management systems for electronic and hard copy correspondence and documents.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including visas, bookings, and itineraries, ensuring compliance with travel policies.
- Support lawyers in marketing activities, research, client information gathering, and pitch and presentation preparation.
- Maintain client relationship management systems and attend team meetings to detail and progress action points.
