In this role, you'll be responsible for providing comprehensive support to senior stakeholders, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional client service within the real estate sector.
Key responsibilities include:
- Client-focused engagement, conducting regular meetings to address priorities, expectations, and future planning.
- Efficient diary and travel management, utilizing initiative to resolve conflicts and anticipate future demands.
- Coordination of meetings, including agenda preparation, booking travel, and arranging necessary equipment and refreshments.
- Managing workflow, delegating tasks, and ensuring successful transactional activities.
- Acting as a liaison point for clients and colleagues, delivering a positive client experience.
- Handling calls, screening communications, and providing assistance during stakeholder absences.
- Drafting replies to internal and external correspondence, championing process changes.
- Utilising CRM tools effectively, managing, updating, and reporting as required.
- Providing financial administrative support, ensuring compliance with legal and firm-wide policies.
- Managing end-to-end file processes and assisting with pitch creation as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar PA role preferably within the real estate sector.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, initiative, and the ability to anticipate needs.
- Relationship-building skills and the ability to manage conflicting demands.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Outlook, Teams) and willingness to adapt to new technologies.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and a proactive approach to work.
- Desire to provide outstanding client service and go the extra mile.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients, fostering trust and strong networks.
