A super opportunity for a Legal PA with Property law experience (residential or commercial property) as a Legal Secretary / Legal PA to join this friendly and award-winning law firm in Leeds city centre (salary up to £31,000p.a.). You will provide PA support to 2 Partners within the Property department. This is a varied and interesting role. Day to day duties will include:
- Use of Land Registry portal, completing searches
- Assisting in progression of transactions to completion
- Client liaison, communication with stakeholders, providing updates
- Diary management, booking travel, arranging meetings and events (with assistance from marketing team)
- Inbox management, prioritising tasks, flagging urgent matters
- Drafting and amending documents
- General file management and administration.
Previous experience within Property law as a legal secretary or assistant is essential together with a high degree of proficiency in MS Office. This opportunity offers blended/ hybrid working or can be 100% office based depending on preference.
