Permanent vacancy - Administrator
Salary - upto £24,000
Location - Hillington
Working hours/shifts 4 days per week but the rotas is over Monday. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. There are 2 shifts 7am - 5pm and 9am - 7pm. 39 hours maximum.
You will only have to work one, maybe 2 shifts most 9am - 7pm per week, rest will be 7am - 5pm.
Business Overview
Our client based in Hillington are looking for an administrator to join their very busy Helpdesk. We are looking for an experienced administrator to support the Helpdesk Coordinators with their daily admin duties, please see more details below……
Key Responsibilities:
* Raising and closing jobs for reactive and system work orders, booking in reactive and PPM tasks
* Working in conjunction with Managers and Coordinators to ensure seamless management of the contract
* Helpdesk cover to meet clients needs
* Filing, scanning, and tracking paperwork
* Providing Administrative support to the Helpdesk Team

About You:
* Strong Customer service skills
* Proven administration experience
* Experience working with the CAFM system is advantageous
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
* Exceptional telephone manner
