SalaryA brilliant opportunity for an experienced Legal PA to join the Dispute Resolution team in a personable, supportive firm, and take on additional responsibilities. This is a dual role and the successful PA will provide support at Partner level whilst also providing managerial support as a Team Coordinator (approx. 20% of your time).
This is an excellent and rare opportunity for a Legal PA looking for progression. Based in the city of London with 3 days a week working from home.
Key responsibilities:
- Pro-active diary and inbox management
- Acting as a gatekeeper for fee earners
- Travel arrangements
- Bundling
- End to end billing
- Drafting and amending legal documents
- Managing the day to day running of the team
- Managing holiday requests and ensuring adequate absence cover on the team
- Handing recruitment – interviews, and training for new joiners
- Assisting with performance management including conducting performance reviews and assisting with promotions and salary/bonus reviews
- Collaborating with the rest of the firm (HR, Business Development, Compliance, Finance etc) on any projects, feedback, and updates
- Covering other Team Coordinators in times of absence
