An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Legal PA to join our team in Leeds on a 4-6 month project. The successful candidate will work closely with our lawyers on a significant reporting/data project, with the potential for consideration for permanent roles upon completion. The role requires a proactive and organised individual who can manage their workload effectively and deliver results within set timeframes.
Day to day of the role:-Collaborate with lawyers and internal stakeholders to gather necessary information and data.-Manage diaries, scheduling time for lawyers to review information.-Oversee the project, setting key milestones, managing time effectively, and providing updates to stakeholders.-Process data with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.-Present information in a clear and concise format, utilising Excel.-Required Skills & Qualifications:-Proven experience as a Personal Assistant.-Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Outlook, and Excel.-Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise workload effectively.-Enthusiastic, proactive, and adaptable to changing needs.-Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
